Thinking out loud again, Tony had pretty much no plays run for him the last 5 minutes of the game while we posted up Massenberg continuously.
Are we that ing enamored with four down that we have to run it through our fourth big man when our PG is sitting on 30 points and counting?

How can Marjele embarrass himself like that? He doesn't care that Tim and Manu haven't played? Please. He's doing a poor job of convincing himself that this is anything other than a huge letdown for the Suns. They're a much weaker team than I thought after seeing their performance tonight.
I don't get it. Why did we not run a play for Tony those last two timeouts? We run one for ing Brent Barry who has 5 pts and another for Devin Brown. Unreal, can some1 explain that? Why wouldn't Pop run a play for Tony?

Q-Rich really opens things up for the Suns. He's been shooting 44% from the 3 for the past month on 9.3 3Pt Attempts per game. I'm not saying that his impact is anything like Manu and Tim but you have to take that into account too. The Suns weren't at full strength either, the last game the Suns and Spurs faced each other they were both at full strength and it went into OT.
In the end the Suns won... and you can argue all you want about moral victories but a win is better than a loss no matter which way you cut it.

I am happy with the outcome... bottom line: winning is better than losing and you don't score bonus points for kicking the crap out of your opponent. One thing also to take from this game is that the Spurs are incapable of handling Stoudemire.
