Yao not dominating is the coaches fault. We don't run sets for the big man or plays for him. All we do is Adleheads read and react motion offense. C'mon at least run a few set plays for your big man. Yao did not have this problem when Van Gundy was coach and he dominated. But, when the entire team plays like robots, the way you play the Rockets defensively is predictable.

Yao was actually very efficient tonight. Both Yao and Scola were 7-9 from the field but were taken out by the Lakers frontline on the Rockets offensive rebounding. Defensive rebounds weren't so hot either so we were just outhustled on the frontline. The other thing that was evident was that Yao passed out of the double team to the guards and that is where we lost it. Brooks and Artest bricked their way to this loss.
You can just let him walk in 2010 and he can come sign with us. Then we will call the whole Scola thing even.

i dont think thats the solution. yao is still an unique player that causes match up problems. i would hold onto yao.
