the 2nd unit has been a disaster lately, they blow away any leads the starters give them.

I really dislike these extended periods of our starters all sitting out at the same time to spot the opposing teams 5-8 points every game.
Rockets bench is playing much harder than the Spurs bench. Scola is a play maker out there, Gooden is stil adjusting. Spurs need to pick up the energy.

It's a disaster because Mason as a PG is a BIG disaster
I'm sure once Ginobili returns we'll get more of a boost with the second unit.
The second unit lacks any chemistry or leadership out there.
That's why I dread seeing them come in.
Rockets bench is probably one of the strongest in the league. The Starters struggle sometime but that energy off the Rockets bench is where we get our leads.
