    Sorry. I was anticipating having some days off when the tourney started but I've been getting called in. Can't pass up the overtime. You know how it is.

    Feel free to carry on with the Survivor Pool. Alabama sunk my ship on day one. Been doing these things for 5 damn years and this will be the first time I didn't make it to the Final Four.

    I'm seriously starting to think that you have to be a non-basketball fan to win one of these damn bracket contests as well. Knowing that my wife has no clue about college basketball, I had my her fill out a bracket just for fun. Her bracket predictions are better than mine so far. She nailed the Bucknell and Vermont upsets.

    GF has Vermont in the Elite Eight losing to Kentucky, with W's over Syracuse, Michigan State and Duke. I was laughing about this, especially since I picked Syracuse to go all the way to the final game and fancied myself a bit of an expert.

    Then between UVM and Bucknell, my whole bracket fell apart. I'm telling you right now, if Gonzaga and UK meet for the le as her picks say, the end is nigh.

    I was waiting for jailbre6 to post his pick for tonight first, but, oh well.

    I'm sorta hosed because 3 out of the 4 teams I've already picked are playing tonight.

    Illinois looks like the most obvious choice, but I've got them as my champion, so I'd like to save that pick.

    I'll roll the dice on Texas Tech, since they may have a little HCA in Albuquerque.

    Thanks. Only reasons I picked WV was (1) some pro-Tech guy in another thread pissed me off and (2) the Louisville game already started.
