i doubt hes available in the mid to late 20s. hes a late teens, early 20s at worst.

Top ten T-Willisms

The Courier posted some gems on the side of its "Cards now driven by T-Willpower" feature this morning, so I figured now is as good a time as any to count down the top ten moments in T-Will talk.
We'll begin with something prescient at No. 10.
10. On Louisville's midseason winning streak: "I've realized that if we just keep winning games, eventually we'll win the national championship"
9. Explaining how he followed an 0-for-4 first half with an 8-for-16 second half against Massachusetts as a freshman: "Before, I was thinking about the scouting report and how they are a great shot-blocking team, and I was just trying to get the ball up there. But then I was like, 'Terrence,' -- I call myself Terrence; I don't call myself T-Will -- I was like, 'Terrence, you jump too high to be nervous about somebody else.' "
8. On the importance of then-senior David Padgett: "David Padgett is the t-shirt of this team. You wouldn't go outside without your t-shirt on, and we don't go out on the court without David Padgett."
7. Celebrating the return of Juan Palacios and David Padgett from injuries last season: "You go out into a game in which you know you've got Tello and David playing, your swagger's a lot different. Let's enjoy every second we have left with this kid because they'll never be another Cardinal like him.

Warriors leaning toward swingman with No. 7 pick

OAKLAND — Perhaps the last thing the Warriors need is another swingman. They have a roster full of shooting guards and small forwards.
But if they are going for best player available when they select No. 7 overall in the NBA draft June 25, the pick may be another swingman.
Louisville senior Terrence Williams — an athletic and physical 6-foot-6, 220-pound shooting guard — might make the Warriors consider adding to their excess. He's been linked to them in the draft rumor mill. Plus, a team source said coach Don Nelson loves Williams.
"Right after they call my name, I'd be on the next plane and come here," he said of his reaction should the Warriors draft him. "And won't leave here. Ever."
Williams was the most notable player in Tuesday's group workout at Golden State's practice facility. For the second and final day, two groups of NBA hopefuls worked out for an hour each before representatives of some 20 NBA teams. They had to play some 2-on-2 this time as North Carolina big man Tyler Hansbrough didn't show up, leaving the first group with only five players.
Williams was joined by such notables as Arizona forward Chase Budinger, UCLA point guard Darren Collison and Gonzaga forward Austin Daye. Saint Mary's point guard Patty Mills highlighted Monday's crop.
Williams said he did "all right" Tuesday (though Temple guard Dionte Christmas seemed to have shined the most, according to the players). No Warriors executive was made available, but it is widely accepted that Golden State is interested in Williams, though No. 7 overall is considered on the high side to draft him.
But Williams already has strong connections with the team and the city. His mentor is Oakland native Gary Payton, who is loaning his Las Vegas abode to Williams. His agent is Oakland-based Aaron Goodwin. And Williams is tight with Warriors guard Jamal Crawford, a fellow alum of Rainier Beach High in Seattle.
Williams would bring some physicality and versatility to the Warriors bench. He can rebound, defend multiple positions and make plays on both ends. He is the only player in Louisville history to total 1,500 points, 900 rebounds, 500 assists and 2,000 steals.
While he isn't regarded as a good shooter or prolific scorer, he can play point-forward. See why Nelson is such a fan?
"I'll play point-forward, center, Gatorade protector, anything," Williams said. "That's what I played in college. That's what I played in high school, AAU."
Per general consensus, the Warriors need a point guard more than they need another guard/forward. But drafting Williams, if they want him, could make sense if they plan to move a similar player or two.
Adding Williams might make Golden State more comfortable parting with shooting guard Marco Belinelli or swingman Kelenna Azubuike — especially if doing so would result in filling its need for a point guard and/or veteran experience.
With the draft still three weeks away, Williams isn't buying the hype about the Warriors' interest.
"I heard that," he said, "but until I sit down with Nellie and the GM and they tell me that, then I don't buy rumors. If my name got called by them, then I'll believe they're interested."

I hope Payton doesn't teach him how to talk all day and not shut up.
With that being said, if the Warriors pick him at 7, that would probably be a serious reach. If they want him that bad, and are sold on him, they should trade their pick. I'm sure they would be able to get him later in the draft.
Williams has been impressive and moving up some draft boards. NJ is thinking about taking him with the 11th pick even.
It wouldn't surprise me if the Warriors snag him with the 7th pick anymore.
The thing that really stood out to me in the video was that, one of his goals was to win th DPOY from the point guard position.
It's no secret he's got the ability to play the point (one of the main reasons I love his game) but it was quite suprising to hear that he actually envisions himself as a point.
He's really one of a ball player. Just a gamer that can do just about everything there is on the court.
If that shooting improves, and I see no reason why it won't, (I'd say he's already better off than when Tony first entered the league) T-Will's going to be a stud.(And a hilarious quote machine to boot)
NETS MAY TAKE WILLIAMS AT 11

It seems like a perfect match. The Nets like Terrence Williams. Terrence Williams likes the Nets.
By gum, it's so crazy, it just might work on draft night.
"I know from close sources that New Jersey has interest in me, and I have a lot of interest in New Jersey with that level pick," Williams, the versatile swingman from Louisville, said after his workout with the Nets yesterday. "With my position, I think I could help right away and learn a lot from Vince Carter."
Williams, who patterned his game after Magic Johnson (pass, shoot and rebound), figures to be available when the Nets pick at No. 11 Thursday. But the Nets might not pick 11th. There are talks to trade down for a package of two picks. The Nets could target Chicago's picks at 16 and 18 or Minnesota's at 18 and 28.
Team president Rod Thorn said yesterday "either scenario could happen," referring to staying at 11 or going the 2-for-1 route. But if the Nets stay at 11, Williams is a strong possibility.
"He's very physically mature, ready to play and he was impressive," general manager Kiki Vandeweghe said. "He made a lot of shots. His physical ability, the size, strength, quickness, he has all that, basically."

Thorn declined comment, but multiple sources squashed a rumored trade of Devin Harris to Memphis for the No. 2 pick. . . . Sources also said the Nets and Cavaliers have renewed talks of a Vince Carter trade, though it's unlikely to happen.
