Greece is clearly the superior team, but the officiating has made this game nearly unwatchable. Greece would probably be ahead by 20-25 if they were actually interested. They're just toying with them at this point.

I just posted the link to show that Germany is by far the team with the most fouls in the tournament.They have 30,7 fouls per game and the second team have 24.
It's not about the refs,is about their defense.

I just posted the link to show that Germany is by far the team with the most fouls in the tournament.They have 30,7 fouls per game and the second team have 24.
It's not about the refs,is about their defense.

Their young point guard Shaffatrzik is nice, their young SF Benzing has talent, the young center Olbrecht seems decent. It looks like they have some nice young players for the future there.

France won 70-65. They suck pretty much just as it seemed from the last two qualifying tournaments. Parker had to do everything for them to win against a crap German team.

The coach benched Bourousis almost all game and Spanoulis was told to try to get assists or points "only when needed". Also the team was told to stop playing hard defense in the second half. How do you draw conclusions on games like that? It's like a practice session almost.
