If anybody intrested how Pudzianowski looks like during his 'boxing' workout

It is not looking good I though it will be better, but his hits looks almost like casting punches of Fedor :p
His legs are not there and his muscles needs sooooo much oxygen that he is tired after some strong punches in which he puts too much stenght.

Former two- le Pride champion Dan Henderson has signed a four-fight deal with Strikeforce, Henderson’s business partner and friend Aaron Crecy told MMAWeekly.com on Monday. AOL Fanhouse was first to report the signing.

Henderson, 39, could contend for a Strikeforce le in April on card to be broadcast by CBS, said another source with knowledge of negotiations. It is unknown whether his first fight would be in the 185 or 205-pound division.

Jack Shields, the manager/father of current middleweight champion Jake Shields, was open to a bout with Henderson, but hadn't spoken to Strikeforce as of Monday morning. He said Shields was still deciding whether to fight at welterweight or middleweight, and added Shields' contract with the promotion ended in mid-June.

Henderson became a free agent in August and was unable to come to terms with the UFC on a new contract. UFC president Dana White repeatedly claimed Henderson was asking for too much money during re-negotiations, a claim which Henderson and Crecy steadfastly denied.

Indeed. He is one big son-of-a- . I have a feeling this guy will be Bob Sapp'ish.

I'm not sure what the means they steadfastly deny. Does it mean they believe they weren't asking too much, or that they weren't asking even the same amount as he was making. Which also leads to the question, how much is too much for Henderson? He's obviously a contender at either 185 or 205.

On the other side of that coin is Jake. It says Shields is a free-agent? I wonder if Strikeforce has first right of refusal? It'd be interesting if UFC is making a push. He's one of only a few fighters that SF has that would be good in the UFC, Mousasi and a few others included. I don't think Shields could beat Fitch, Alves or GSP, but it would be fun to watch him try! Throw in some Koscheck and/or Johnson -- and that is definitely a down right scary division.

World Extreme Cagefighting general manager Reed Harris told Cagewriter that Zuffa fighters will no longer be allowed to wear Hoelzer Reich clothing in their fights. (Zuffa owns botht the UFC and WEC.)

    ...

It does not matter what the iron cross, SS or any of the other symbols meant before they were used by Nazis, or how brief the association was with Nazi Germany. The evil committed by Adolf Hitler and the Third Reich ensured that those symbols will always come to symbolize the worst of humanity.

Somebody up there likes Dustin Hazelett.

The UFC welterweight wore disappointment when Karo Parisyan withdrew from their fight at UFC 106 last month, but said he trusted God's plan and everything happened for a reason.

    He was spot on.

Multiple sources informed MMAWeekly.com on Tuesday that Hazelett will step in for an injured Carlos Condit to face Paul Daley in the co-main event of UFC 108, which takes place Jan. 2 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Hazelett, 23, has not fought since he suffered an ACL tear training for a bout with Ben Saunders at UFC 96 in March. After falling short to Josh Koscheck at UFC 82, he proved a serious threat to the division with two slick submission victories over Josh Burkman and Tamdan McCrory in 2008.

Hazelett's manager, Monte Cox, declined comment on his client's fight plans, as did Daley’s manager, Wad Alameddine.

The fill-in is just the latest change to the main card of UFC 108, which lost three proposed main event match-ups – Anderson Silva vs. Vitor Belfort, Brock Lesnar vs. Shane Carwin, and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Cain Velasquez – to injury, not to mention main card fighter Gabriel Gonzaga.

    Good man.

Bobby Lashley officially signs with Strikeforce, will fight in January...

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) heavyweight champion and undefeated mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Bobby Lashley has signed a multi-year agreement with STRIKEFORCE and will make his debut for the world championship MMA promotion at BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida on Saturday, January 30.

The 6 foot 3 inch, 250 pound Lashley, also a former collegiate wrestling star for Missouri Valley College and member of The United States Army, will face an opponent that has not yet been determined during the live, SHOWTIME® telecast of STRIKEFORCE: Miami, the historic, first-ever STRIKEFORCE event in the state of Florida.

In his last MMA start on June 27, 2009, the 33-year-old pulverized and scored a first round (3:17) TKO on 6 foot 5 inch, 350 plus pound goliath Bob "The Beast" Sapp with a barrage of punches in Biloxi, Mississippi. The win brought Lashley's overall MMA record to 4-0.

"I'm looking forward to fighting for STRIKEFORCE and challenging myself by taking on some of the top heavyweights in MMA," said Lashley, a native of Junction City, Kansas and resident of Denver, Colorado.

After getting his feet wet with several matches in both the WWE Raw and SmackDown! shows in 2005 and 2006, Lashley captured the WWE United States Championship by defeating rival compe or "JBL." During this stint with the league and another in 2007, Lashley wrestled several top superstars, including The Big Show and John Cena.

Lashley made his MMA debut on December 13, 2008, earning a 41 second TKO over Joshua Franklin after Franklin sustained a cut that would not allow him to continue their fight.

Earlier this year, Lashley joined Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling. In his first appearance with the league on July 30, he helped tag team matchup partner Mick Foley defeat superstars Kurt Angle and Kevin Nash.

Tickets for STRIKEFORCE: Miami officially go on-sale tomorrow/Friday, December 11 at the BankAtlantic Center ticket office as well as online at www.Ticketmaster.com or by phone at (800)745-3000.

Doors at BankAtlantic Center open at 7 p.m. The first non-televised, preliminary card fight will begin at 8 p.m.

STRIKEFORCE in March 2009 signed a multi-year agreement to stage live MMA events on premium cable television network SHOWTIME. The promotion made its live, primetime debut on CBS with the "Fedor vs. Rogers" mega-fight that it co-promoted with M-1 Global on

Saturday, November 7 and generated 5.46 million viewers for the main event between the world's number one heavyweight, Fedor Emelianenko, and superstar Brett "The Grim" Rogers.

    About STRIKEFORCE
STRIKEFORCE (www.strikeforce.com) is a world-class mixed martial arts cage fight promotion which, on Friday, March 10, 2006, made history with its "Shamrock vs. Gracie" event, the first sanctioned mixed martial arts fight card in California state history.
