As long as tony starts handling the rock with care
Can't watch the game.
Here's hoping TP plays a good 2nd half. By your comments, he is struggling out there. But boxscore says he has 7 ast.
As long as tony starts handling the rock with care
Whay has Tony has got his head up his ass this season?
17 assists in the first half, not bad.
Bogans had a great half. 17 minutes, 6 pts on 2/3 shooting, 5 reb, 2 ast, 3 stl. That's the kind of production I'd like to see from him, on pace for a double-double!
blair will be very irrelevant during our playoff run. doesnt matter if he is getting minutes now or not. i only expect him to play spot minutes if our bigs our in foul trouble come the 2nd half of the season. expect a lot more dyess and some more ratliff
Gerald Wallace disappeared this game. Good job, Spurs.
awful ? wtf ?
list of reclamations
1) tp is selfish he doesn't pass the ball result 6 assists in a half
2) tp is a ballhog only looking for his own shot result he shot the ball 3 times
3) his fts are awful result 3-3
4) wow a turnover machine result 3 tos which is bad ok but I don't think he deserved a parker is awful
Last year, his %FG was 50.6 %
This year, it's 50.8 %
That's +0.2 %... Thanks French NT
And yes he's awful tonight, but who cares Manu is BACK !!!![]()
Actually 4 turnovers, but lets not get carried away here. He is trying to change his game though.
answer not fully healthy see recent tp interview
If I had to speculate on Blair, I'd say he's looked sort of "flat footed" and out of place in that minute of this game, and his 14 minutes of last game. Kind of just going through the motions, not quite as spry. That's just my opinion at least, I'd sum it up to rookie treatment. Pop sure has been quick to sub Bonner in for him. On say the Nets or the Bucks, Blair would be getting 20+ mpg easily... As far as Ratliff goes, I don't mind his minutes hedging into Blairs or Bonners, he has the size, the shot blocking, and seems as limber as ever.
TP is doing some good things out there. He is getting some good assists, which is great, but man he still doesn't look like TP.
13 TOs at he half.. they need to take better care of the ball. TP having one of the worst games of his NBA carreer.. maybe do an Artest and have some cognac in the locker room.. I wonder if the refs can cite him for a PUI ie. playing under the influence
Turnovers and fouls are gonna hurt the Spurs, but as long as they can stay consistent, they'll win this game.
So TP is having a good game, is he?
Pointing out that he's playing poorly today doesn't make one a "hater".![]()
..but carefully lest Blair rip his arm off.![]()
4 tos if u want, 6 or 7 assists ?
1) 7 ast
2) you're right
3) 2/2 ft
4) 4 to
1 of 4... not bad![]()
I'm gonna give Tony a pass if we're winning games, because at least he's clearly trying to change up his style..it takes a while to go from a scoring PG to a passing PG, which is something he hasn't really been in the past..
With the way Tony's been struggling to score in comparison to years prior and the added weapons on the team, I prefer for him to be a passer, which is something he might be able to do, even with the injuries..
7 assists. The assist to turnover ratio is pretty bad for a point guard, the same goes for the rest of the team however.
it's not only parker. hill is starting to turn into a turnover machine. i'm not sure exactly why. but i don't think he can play point guard. not a knock, but it's too late in his career to begin playing that position now.
Nice field goal percentage:
FG: 22-36 = 61%
3PT FG: 7-9= 78%
