tony manu and rj didnt show up~
Parker's injured and plays like a more efficient version of Iverson, Manu won't ever be 100% again, and RJ is soft. These three with an allstar big man like Duncan are enough to beat the dregs of the league. Not quite good enough to beat the playoff teams though.

    tp took 2 shots
how was that trying to be the hero
the other players shot more then 2 shots each in the fourt
but if tp shots he is selfish?
the guy was not scoring efficiently all night...he was a liability...it was a 5 vs 4 affair in that quarter...

Nash pwnd Parker and Hill. Hill had a good stint in the 3rd, but that was it.
Timvp is right about Hill's defense though. It's like George has cemnt boots on. He always get stuck and somehow recovers and gets bailed out by his long arms. He's got slow feet on the defensive end. He doesn't move them like Bruce Bowen. Hill's upper body on defense is world class, but his feet movement on D is mediocre class.

Hill's defense has been slipping the last couple of weeks.

Why did Blair get so few minutes? The guy is creating and hustling. I just don't understand why Pop wont play him a few minutes more.

    nash 5 turnovers
    Actually, it was 6 turnovers.

    Parker: 15 points, 3 assists, 3 turnovers
Nash: 25 points, 13 assists, 1 steal, 6 turnovers and drew many offensive fouls, regardless of flopping.

lol @ the players that finished the game for the suns...
At least the Suns are still frightened.

I lost my first game when starting the game blog thread... forced the issue didn't feel like it... 4-1 overall now
Take it easy. Maybe some of the "Parker sucks"-threads will be acknowleding your failure.

Kori you have to ban Ducks or at least talk to him.

This is becoming a joke. Ducks will not even put 1% of the blame on TP.
Tony was bad, we all agree...

But all on him?!? (RJ? Manu? Dyess?)

When you're not 100% healthy, you can't give everything on D, specialy with a sore ankle, defense is all about changing directions...
I'm not making an excuse for Tony, but guys, give him a break, he has proven all these years what he can do!

We need to judge him once he looks like himself again...

I love the way we fought back in that game, but we can't keep giving away quarters and halves and then expect to get over the hump. Not sure what needs to be done to keep our play consistent. Most likely better rotations... Pop needs to quit ing around and stabilize. I'm not too bummed about this loss though, especially considering how it started.

we lost the game because jefferson, manu and tony all took the night off.

jefferson - 4 points?????????????? 4 ing points. im pretty sure i could put up 4 points out there. wow. we should have pulled the trigger on vince carter. because this guy is pathetic.

tony - definitely something wrong here.

manu- take the time to go watch some highlight of manu in 07. you will definitely see the difference. he isnt taking over a game like this anymore... but that still doesnt mean he cant be a firm contributer.... exactly why we got rj

My gripe was putting Parker back in when we were within striking distance of winning the game. There's a reason why he has the worst +/- of the night.

Oh my gawd I was close lolol
Oh come now, no props haha?
And tbh guys, Tony is going to have off games, let it go. Ginobili has always been streaky, and RJ... well... i don't know about that. Duncan playing MVP basketball as always.

A few calls go our way and we make easy 5 foot layups, then the game is ours, with or without their ridiculous 3 point shooting and Dragic out of nowhere.

Parker needs to ask Hill to give him some lessons on how to play defense. Nash is better a defensive player than Parker. How embarrassing is that?
Parker will NEVER be as good as Hill on defense
Hill will NEVER be as good as Parker on offense

    They are just different!!
Just compare their body type ( at Hill wingspan!)

I've said it before(even when we made the Jefferson trade) that we should have traded for a more explosive player. RJ is too passive/soft to be playing the type of basketball the Spurs want.
