RJ has regressed the last few games IMO. He's going back into jumpshot mode.

I think Manu is trying to use everyone on the team. He's not looking for his own shot as much because I think he is a true team player and he's trying to play more of a team game.

If he was more selfish I think he'll get going again. I don't know if you agree with that?
His passing has been great, I was talking more about his shot. His shot looks off and he is not getting to the rim very much.

Hill has a nice way of provoking offensive fouls.

Pop better not rush to put Parker and Duncan back in. This game is going fine and if the Spurs are going to win it, it's likely going to come down to the final few minutes. It's very unlikely they build up an insurmountable lead to the point that he can rest them the entire 4th. Pop should keep them both to 15-16 minutes in the 1st half, lean on Jefferson more and when Gasol and Randolph are in at the same time, stay big at all costs.

As an aside, why was Hairston re-assigned at a time when the Spurs could use as much depth as possible? In a week from now, when (barring another injury) the Spurs will presumably be healthy, then he could be assigned.

The Grizzlies are a good team and this is a road game. What did you all expect?

Ok fair enough. That is true as well. It does look off. Does he not have the legs for it you think or is it confidence? I suppose it would be legs because he is not going to the rim either like you said.

I know some folks around here would defend Pop even if he pulled an OJ and I know we have 4 rings with him as coach. The question is how many of those rings came by playing small ball and how many championships has small ball ever won?

Thats why i said "accustomed to." RJ was never a defensive stopper. He was just known for his above average defense. If you arent a great defensive stopper you cant get away with guarding someone youre not used to guarding.
Yeah, but RJ is not even putting up a fight. He must be weaker than he looks because to me he looks very strong, but then I see him get manhandled all the time.

I think it is his legs and plus sometimes guys just go through slumps. But after a while of looking explosive, he has reverted back to looking shaky.
