Ian looks too glittery. He needs to relax a bit if he wants to produce.

After playing well a few games ago then not playing in the next game at all then to get thrust two games later, I'd be confused too. I think it was a mistake not playing him after playing well the game before, Lakers or not. Should have taken advantage of Gasol not being there and buinlding the young man's confidence. I think not playing him hurt his confidence more than playing badly against the Lakers could have just given the cir stances around the time frame.
