Do Manu's shots have oil on them or something? He's found at least 10 open men in the first half and has one assist to show for it. Why is everyone missing? Awful.

High scoring game, just as expected.
I think Spurs and Rockets have a record something for consecutively scoring under 100.

Lots of pessimists in this forum, we're up by 1 guys.

Simply, crank up the defense, and make the easy shots on the other end. Hope Bonner's okay, LOL @ McDyess and him earlier

This is ridiculous. Manu is passing it really well all night and has no assists to show for it. Every guy he passes to for a wide open shot/lay up is bricking. He should have like 8 dimes and we should have like a 18 point lead. This team is just snakebit.
So where is Roger Mason Jr.

He can hit a shot. Why is Bogans playing. lol I must apologize to Bruce Bowen about saying that Bogans might be a better offensive player. Right now the only thing Bogans is on the offensive end is FLAT OUT OFFENSIVE.

Why is Pop even playing him? His D ain't that good and he provides nothing on offense. Dice is another NO SHOW.

yeah but the spurs like to make things so hard for themselves. its difficult to be optimistic at this point.

A trade will not help this team. This team needs its coach to wake up and stop trying to be a Don Nelson wanna be.

More like Manu barely touches the ball when he has to play with Tony. Plus Pop is just calling for post dump offs to Tim...

Have you watched the Spurs play lately? The usually crank down the offense in the 3rd quarter to drought levels and play horribly lazy defense and let the other team build a 10 point lead. That is the usual Spurs 3rd quarter play.

    27 point quarter

This HAS to be the worst defense in the Duncan era. I thought last season was worse, but I don't think it is. Sure, the offense is better, but you know we're gonna go through a dry spell sooner or later, and then what you do?

The Spurs cranked up their defense against Memphis at the end. They have done it in flashes.

This team simply has no chance. It's not even a question of age, it's a question of coaching already. Pop needs to realize that he no longer ace players such as Bowen and Robinson who can save his ass. He's fortunate to have won 4 rings because he as two of the greatest big men to ever play the game

A lot of people have pointed fingers at various players this year but it is time to hold the chef responsible for the kitchen. It is Pops fault and all the short smart ass quips from Pop won't make it better.
