Bulls up 52-50 at the half
Bulls up 52-50 at the half
That was the gayest looking full-court shot I have ever seen that Ginobli just shot.
There we go.. they missed like 6 in a row. Not too bad of an ending to the half.
Time to prepare for the infamous 3rd quarter.![]()
Deservedly so. Hope it stays that way.
That was a good end to the half. Let's hope they can keep it up after half-time.
Blair is working hard. Harder than most people on the court. I have no problem with his mistakes because he leaving it out there on the floor. Sure he can play smarter, but he is a rookie that is still learning.
Not too shabby closing out the qtr.
... since Del Negro called timeout!!!![]()
damn Manu we needed that. oh well 2 point deficit is better than 9.
finley the saviour is coming !
Well.. They were on pace to 60 points until those misses at the end...
Relatively average quarter defensively. We only allowed 23 points...
-2 vs 57% shooting is damn lucky.
Spurs have 9 more shots, ORB.
DJB 4 - 11 instead of 8 of 11 under the basket, darn, what's happened to his put backs?
I would say the same thing about the Homers.
Congratulations to Sundiata Gaines for having a full season NBA contract. He seems like a nice guy.
offensive rebounds
Spurs 11
Bulls 2
Any of you guys see that cute woman with the white tight shirt on the stands? STACKED!!!
2 blocks from TV companion.
I don't know what people are barking at with regards to Blair... The only reason this game is close is because the guy has been rebounding like there's no tomorrow... Also, they're scoring everything from distance... They'll cool down. Just don't allow a layup drill and we'll be ok...
thx they have 4 on cbs and I saw 2 so I was like wtf?
I completely disagree. He's playing awful. Sure, he's playing with effort and energy, but this is a classic case of stats being deceiving: he can't finish a damn thing around the rim (this is being a recurring trend).
Ginobili, who had quietly become one of the best shooters in the league by '08 has regressed to the point where he's bordering on being an awful shooter.
I'll give Pop this: while I don't like the rotation in the first half (in terms of who/when he subbed), I do like the fact that, for once, the eight best players on the team played the entire half. In a game where they're clearly motivated, rested, at home, playing an average team, only playing their eight best players, they're still struggling mightily? Could their be (other than season ending injuries to the big three) anything more alarming/telling to the front office than this?
Another double digit first quarter lead gone in the blink of an eye.
with or without the goal tending?![]()
Well it's now the 3rd quarter (gulp)
