Finally a quality win
So you are blaming him for games that he didn't play in but was simply healthy for? Please verify this for me because I've created strawman arguments that were less ludicrous.
Got a long way to go to overhaul urunobili, son...![]()
xrays negative ...
That is what I meant. But TD is playing elite.
Great game - not really any boneheaded plays by the Spurs. I was very pleased with this game.
Again..
Bonner 0-5!!!
Oh yeah, he made a shot at the end and shined in garbage time.![]()
I think Timmy don't have trouble with short front courts. But he doesn't do well against taller Cs and PFs.
Spurs with 3 very good defensive quarters. Lets hope TP is good to go.
LOL yeah Ducks you are a genius.
Who the do you propose to run PG now that you boy Tony Parker is out?????????????
So you're saying trade George Hill and use who at PG? Keith Bogans, Roger Mason Jr.?
Yup...ESPN.com is showing 27 boards for Timmy.![]()
Tim's rebound average is going to go up by about half a board.
The game is over and it's miller time.
Holy .. ! That is DAMN impressive.
Great win. Timmy beasting on the boards and Hill providing plenty of energy and scoring punch. Nice to see Dice finally wake up from his slumber.
Monster game on the boards for Timmy tonight! Hill and Dice were rolling, too! Great to get a solid, quality win!
GO SPURS GO!!!!!
So all your criticism is based upon tonight's game? Is that what you're saying? I wouldn't be able to find any kind of post from you criticizing Bonner before the third quarter of tonight's game?
I will admit Matt Bonner has been great at knocking down those shots earlier in the season before he got hurt, but yeah like I said do you trust him with those in the playoffs. Maybe he has improved enough now to knock those down.
Valid point too about having no choice last season to play Bonner in the playoffs. If we keep him it doesn't mean he has to be on the court in all those situations anymore.
Damn, Tim 5-20, stone cold
OH ing gee! Yeah, Bonner was the one with 27 boards.. Great take.![]()
If you are talking regular season then it's a career high, but I am sure Tim had 31 points and 26 rebounds against LA in 2002 closing game of the series.
I dunno. I have a feeling we're going to see a lot more of Mason/Ginobili/RJ at the 4 this season.
Yahoo gave Timmy 27 boards.
Great defense tonight. I needed that so bad! I'm feeling a significant winning streak coming up very soon.
I would even say trade finley for a third string PG so we can play Hill more at SG...
