Memphis has given the Spurs a tough time. Even last year, I always worried when the Spurs would face the Grizzlies. Didn't we go into double overtime with them last year?

Man play some defense. Foul people hard, stop making everyone on every other team feel like they have the confidence to do anything. PUT SOME FEAR INTO THEM. Punish them on offense, finish plays and don't turn the ball over.

Spurs just let other teams hang around too much.

I've been on Pop all year about the illogical rotations, so it's only right that tonight I give him props. I like everything he's done rotation-wise. He's set the Spurs up nicely to win this game.
I don't agree w/ playing Bonner. His head is not screwed on right and the spurs can't afford to lose games because of this, and esp not with guys ready to contribute on the bench (Ian and Ratliff)

If anyone wants to share an ILP account with me, I am all for it.
Are you that poor that you can't afford one yourself? For the whole season it works out at less than $1 per day.

It is extremely frustrating to watch Tim get fouled inside continually for no call. No respect.

Manu with 4 steps on that layup!

Manu taking over. Spurs building a lead again. This should be Pop's cue to put in Bonner to put the fire out.

    Gotcha.

Sounds like you need to get a part-time job in the offseason and put the money you make under your mattress.

I do (at least for a 6 minute rotation in the first half) and here's why: the alternative is small ball. Because Pop (again, at least in the first half) is not going to overplay any of Duncan, McDyess or Blair and he rarely ever plays Ratliff. So if keeping Duncan and McDyess' minutes in check means throwing Bonner into a game for 6 minutes in the first half, then I'm fine with that. With Duncan only playing 15 minutes in the first half, he can now play 19-20 in the second half if the game is tight and still be kept to a manageable 34-35 for the game.
