That and taking Lydia out ensures that his family is safe from harm for good.
I might have to change my sig. The blue numbers are the post numbers of the replies, by the way.
I couldn't have asked for the ending to be better than it was. Gilligan nailed it.
. I told you.
LOL losing to UTSA
I just wonder what happens to Jesse. It's too bad he doesn't have access to the vacuum repair guy so that he could get a new drivers license, SSN, etc.
The one thing i didn't like was walt getting hit by a stray bullet. Reason one, aka "the CubanSucks reason" is obviously no bullet ever got low enough to hit someone lying on the floor. Outside there were no bullet holes that strayed from the path.
Also, i realize the bullet itself is showing that, like all of Walt's plans, regardless of the brilliance in them, they would kill him, but i think Walt still should have been shot by somebody else.
he doesn't have enough money even if he did have access
I don't know if ricochet could be an adequate explanation. It was convenient that he was hit with the bullet.
Don't make me build a machine gun robot for your ass.
meth damon died, i think he's good tbh
i literally cheered when Jesse killed Meth Damon.
i just love how the final song on the show begins with "I guess i got what i deserved"
I didn't know Forster was still alive for certain till I saw him last week
rewatching this i just realized walter describes the ending to the sopranos to gretchen and el liot when he's threatening them
I'm 100% satisfied. And that song! Too ing perfect. The lyrics of course but also just the mood. Exit music can turn a 8/10 ending into a perfect 10 for me. The ones that always come to mind for me are Fight Club and Goodfellas. This did the same damn thing
Vince Gilligan defended it saying it was perfect for The Sopranos but that that kind of ending wouldn't have worked on this show.
Destroyed? How? tier than they were a couple years ago but destroyed's a strong word.
Machine gun turret mowing down the bad guys, co main character gets closure with nemesis and drives off happy, main character drops dead in his sanctuary from somewhat self inflicted wounds. So what the are you talking about? In the end the only thing that could kill him was his own creation
No family, no money, wanted by the law, maybe Skinny Pete and Badger share the money they made with him.
He actually has a case to stay out of jail. He turned himself into Hank and because Hank decided to work by himself he ended up being a slave to nazis. He doesn't have to admit to any of the killings he did cause the tape was destroyed
Everything would not be fine and dandy for Jesse. Broke, with massive PTSD
How much is he really wanted by the law? As I'm typing that I remembered Marie. I had thought that since Hank and Gomez were the only law enforcement who knew about all of this, and Walt and the nazis being gone, who could possibly bring his name up...
his prints are all over that lab
, duh
I guess after all the speculation and crazy we've seen already I just looked right over the obvious
Great finale, i was wrong about Meth Damon, so close
Totally off from what I predicted, but I'm satisfied with the ending.
That Nazi elimination scene was boss.
