Out of topic, credit to messi but he looks in a much better shape physically than he was as 19-22 year old. His youth gave him speed back then, but he was noticeably fatter in his early year.
Ronaldo same thing. They trimmed down a lot of fat weight as they've aged.
That diet is probably brutal. Considering they play and practice a lot, the desire to eat lots of carbs..really hard to resist.
I dont know if Maradona can surive the modern game. He was way to chubby in his later years. Works in the 80s and 90s but you need to be in top condition to even compete these days.
