It looks like it will be a fun bar.
It's opening July 28.

I went to the one in Vegas......
Danced on the bar for free shots? Yep, that was by far the worst hangover I'd ever had in my life.
:vomit
That's actually the one I was still suffering from when I got home, and missed the GTG's when GhostWriter was here...
eh, i don't know.
I would imagine that you would have to rob a bank to afford the cost of a shot there.
Granted it was Vegas, but a Jack & Coke was $7.50.
:shock
They were the best damn J&C's ever, though.
Hmm maybe I'll make an appearance there for my birthday July 30. Although I doubt I'll remember since it will be my 21st and I'll be drunk off my ass.
$7.50!?!?!Granted it was Vegas, but a Jack & Coke was $7.50.
Damn, I hope it came in a freaking Big Gulp cup.
Nope....I actually think it was smaller than what you'd normally get.
They were good, though. And you get to get blasted with a SuperSoaker while you drink it. :wink
Hosed with a Super Soaker?
You wore white, right?
Pink.
in vegas the drinks were pretty small and pretty expensive. i even thought so and i live in la.
i think a little tiny plastic cup of beer was 6 bucks. a red bull and vodka was 9.
Oh my gawd! There is one up here in Dallas..it is the BOMB!
I visit SA often..so I can hardly wait for that one to open too!
I work downtown and went in there today to look around. Pretty nice bar. Two stories. Very high ceilings, all wood. As for what I saw, though...only one bathroom each, and two toilets per. Probably was one upstairs, but I didn't see it.
And the girls I've seen in and around there are not really.........Coyote Ugly-esque.
Who the PAYS for drinks in Vegas???
(Well, directly, I mean...yes, I realize that since I'm gambling they aren't ACTUALLY free...)
Howl at the Moon is kind of like that, but I think they have 3 toilets per. It's been a while since I've been there, though...As for what I saw, though...only one bathroom each, and two toilets per. Probably was one upstairs, but I didn't see it.
At the one in Vegas (which is in the middle of the New York, New York hotel/casino) you actually have to leave the bar, go down this long hallway and down the escalators to find the nearest restroom....
That was messed up.
The one in Dallas kinda sucks. The "quality" you'd expect from watching the movie just wasn't there.
The movie is far better than reality..
we are usually pretty lit by the time we arrive..
happy...good times
I know a girl that worked at the original in NYC and she said everyone that worked there hated that movie because of that thinking. Crowds of people starting coming in expecting to see choreographed bottle tricks, Bridget Moynahan and Tyra Banks. They had to put a sign on the door that said "This is a Bar, not a Movie!"The "quality" you'd expect from watching the movie just wasn't there.
Looks pretty damn fine to me!
I'd rather go to Hooter's.
I liked the movie, why?
looking forward to it.
spurswoman....let me know when you shall be there.
There's one in Austin so I'm sure I'll go visit it when I move up there. Along with every other club in the city.
