As I observed/said many times in the season, if a team plays some defense, the Spurs offense struggles horribly.
But the main problem today is the Spurs lack of aggression, of energy, of intensity. They're letting the Sonics dictate everything.
Shocker... Spurs start running pick and roll with teh right people (Manu and Tim), good things happen.
the spurs defense looks great to start the 3rd, now game tied. I think the Sonics could wilt under the defensive pressure, Spurs just have to get some offense from somebody not name Duncan.
i like the way duncan is playing. really agressive.
If Duncan is the only one scoring let him score
oh and for the record........
jerome james = 0 points, 4 fouls
i think the fans have even contributed more to this game than james himself!
The TNT announcers tal ONLY about the Sonics.

The ESPN announcers for ame 3 were FAR worse.

Tony needs to step up, Ridnour's kicking his ass.
Bowen seems like he's getting caught flat footed a lot of the time on Allen.

Maybe the announcers would give us some love if we actually could figure out a way to slow down Ray, or quit making guys like Ridnour, Collison, and Wilkins look good.

The main reasons we are losing this game:
1) Parker is scared as . He is not driving the paint. Ridnour is outplaying him.
2) Bowen is totally useless on both ends of the floor. No reason to have him in the game.
3) Barry: see above.
4) We are letting second rate guards like Antonio ing Daniels and Ridnour look like superstars. Pop still refuses to have anyone foul them hard in the paint.
Completely spineless basketball.
