    What? Maybe I'm misremembering the cir stances, but I'm pretty sure I just made the statement that Manziel was unarguably A&M's Young. I meant that in terms of their hype and how their fans are going to blame everyone else when Manziel fails so that they can pretend he's not a bad player. In the context of this thread, I believe that's demonstrated. This thread is all about people not wanting to accept that Vince just wasn't that good, making a ton of lame excuses and calling for their coach's head. spurraider21 is likening this Young homerism to what he thinks (and I think) is going to happen with Manziel. He's not asserting that the two QB's have the same skillsets. I don't see how agreeing with spurraider misrepresents my original statement.

    You are misremembering. Out of the people who brought up Young you are the only one that did it to compare the hype surrounding them. I've never disagreed with the hype comparison...I just don't see how there is any correlation between that and Football's success in the NFL compared to Young's.
