Season one was great
It picked up a little at the end, season finale was great though. But season 2 was a drag. But as I understand, it follows the comics in that aspect as well.
Lookling forward to season 3
Season 3 will have Michonne prominently featured, as well as the governor...so yes, it will pick up
I sure hope they did a good job casting her...far and away my favorite character. A badass black with a ing sword. yessir
Any hardcore fans should also enjoy this:

don't watch it at all but from what i understand it does pick up in the last 3-4 episodes
The first half of the 2nd season is slow as . 2nd half most def picks up momentum culminating with an epic finale. I'd recommend watching it starting from episode 1 imho
dirt bike kid from BB should make a zombie cameo at some point
Oh, and it looks like Merle will be back for season 3. He and his brother (Daryl) are two of the unique (and awesome) aspects of the show vs the comic.
I'm also going to disagree with those who said that much of season 2 was boring. Character development is an integral part to this series, in both its forms. That's what was so great about the long lull in action in season 2. Everything is (mostly) happy and safe and then, BOOM! Zombie swarm and everyone gets ed up. Same in the comics. It adds to the action, imo, and does some justice to the amazing comic series.
I'm also looking forward to more main characters getting offed, which is another trait of the comics. In this world literally nobody is safe
also, has anyone ever been curious as to the timeline of the apocalypse relative to real time during the season(s)?
it's something to think of simply because of how the show began (rick being in a coma, among other events)...
check this ish out http://walkingdead.wikia.com/wiki/Te..._Show_Timeline
pretty interesting timeline to follow
Anyone know if season 2 will be on Netflix soon
cool...didn't know there was a wikia for it
Goddammit, i wanna know what caused it (outbreak) and the overall big picture story. (worldwide, armies, etc). I also would be incredibly pissed off and angry if Kirkman allowed that to happen (which he's said he won't do).
The above is a major reason why I love the franchise![]()
if it's like the other shows it won't be till season 3 starts
Just watched season 2, can't wait for 3 tbh
Lori and Carl are ing annoying. Same with carol.
Season 4 confirmed before season 3 even starts

Badass.
sweet
Season 2 just came out on Netflix a few hours ago!
I hope the newest season moves a little faster. In the graphic novel they don't around. I like Walking Dead, just moves a little too slow
i think the season will move a lot faster this time...though i'd imagine a big focus will be placed on plot development with the main characters of the prison...the thing with season 2 is there were several episodes that could be termed "feeder". I hope we don't see any of that come this next season.
It's a comic, and there have been times when 4 or 5 issues would ship and there would be little to no "action". Character development has always been an integral part of the series in both forms
I realize everyone has their own opinion, but people need to stop crying about things being "too-slow". If you have a short attention span, stick to watching zombie movies instead
season 2 should go faster they were in flux last year with darabont given the can
