lol i see what you did there.
last season was much better than i expected, hoping this show can end on a high note.
FNL had a great first season then when some of the main characters left, it became an okay series. Would still watch it though.
can't take it seriously cuz every football scene is the most unrealistic "any given sunday" looking bull .
no victory lap for Minka Kelly?
What?! Some people didn't like season 4?! Season 4 had one of the best episodes from the entire series. 'The Son'
Damn all the women are fine in this show! Even MILF Tami Taylor!
Jeanne Jakle reported that Tyra was coming back as well.
Any place to watch this season episodes outside of having Direct TV?
Clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose.
edit: epic bump because i just finished my rewatch. All them feels.
Seriously, the football scenes are so stupid i can't take anything else seriously.
The show isn't even really about football though. missing out breh.
Also dat Explosions In The Sky soundtrack.
Finally made it through the whole series, and I still feel this way. The show is decent overall but way overrated. Julie is one of the top 5 most annoying TV characters ever. And if you didn’t ever watch football before watching this series, you’d think Hail Marys had a 90% success rate.
Just started this a week ago and am in Season 2. It's cheesy as . Every situation than can arise...does. And it's pretty predictable. That being said, I like it. Moves along fast.
And I disagree about the football scenes. They look realistic for the most part. The problem is that they're unrealistic in that the freak plays happen so frequently and at just the right time. Dillon on defense, down by 5, 20 seconds remaining.
Time for a fumble by the offense. Then a busted play for Dillon, followed by a trick play that goes for a TD with no time left.
Sister of Fake Hate Crime Jussie
Surely Applebee's paid some money for that placement. And wtf...it seems like these high school kids (in po-dunk Texas) can afford to eat out several nights a week. And how does what's his face stay drunk all the time with no job (not to mention, Then he gets mad at his brother for not making rent.
Since SA Longhorn appears to be off board, can you step up and rate the women?
IDK. She's not conventionally "hot", but there's something about Connie Britton. Also, Smash's mom has a pretty face but is just way overweight. Connie's sister is OK. I've seen her in a lot of random stuff but she hasn't aged as well as Britton.
Finally on final Season 5. It's so predictable. Everything that can go wrong for the kids, does. Also, every single turnover is an immediate TD for the other team. And sooooo many last play wins.
But I still like it. Solid cast.
Done. The last season was pretty meh. They'd already run through every possible teen drama and spousal . Other than something insane. Then went and watched the movie which was pretty dull after watching the show. Coach Taylor has to have set the record for most last second victories in a career.
