It's never too late. And you don't go naked. They can do it in a swimming pool as long as a priest blesses the water first. In catholicism of course.

No he's an adult. The concept that was trying to be discussed is a man. I hear 18 or even 20 year olds saying they're men. No, you're still a boy. I have this girl at work who's 20 and tries little tricks that work on boys her age to get things done for her. She tried it on me and I just looked at her and said no, because I'm not a boy, I'm a man.
Life experience makes the man, and at 18, about 99% of males don't have enough of it.
Oh, and at 18, you may not say he's an adult, but if it was a hot girl (a solid 10) looking to get ed by you, I'm sure you'd be the first to say, "Well she's an adult. She's legal."
