    It's not so bad for us if true. If Sherman is offered the OC position in Dallas and turns it down, recruits can come play with the former Packers coach whom the Cowboys pursued to be their new OC.

    If Sherman accepts the position in Dallas, we make DeRuyter the new head coach and hold on to him.
