Bonner is what he is. He's a jump shooter. He shoots the ball very well. He also tends to be in teh right place on defense, even if he's not a good shot blocker or intimidating in the paint. But he's a decent enough defender and decent enough rebounder, which combined with his awesome 3 pt shooting explains his inclusion on the Spurs roster.

He's not that bad, but he's a liability if all-star caliber players who are some combination of bigger, longer, or more athletic start to isolate on him and the Spurs don't do anything about it. I'm unsure why people who like Bonner and want the Spurs to win would want this to happen at any point, let alone happening for several possessions in a row at times.

He is no where near a decent enough rebounder to say that. His defense is bad, but he gives effort, which is all you can ask for from him.
