When was the last time Bonner had a double-double? Pop is kicking himself for not giving minutes to Tiago
Good, God!! Bonner is sucking!

And Splitter's plus minus goes down a little more.
got the worse aspects of Bonner/Splitter on the last play haha....
Three fouls in a couple of minutes for Splitter. Yikes.
but that's the thing... I don't prefer that.
gimme a in break with that BS call.
How nice would it have been for Splitter to be getting minutes all season long so the refs could get used to him?
Is it possible we've found a team that shoots FTs worse than us?
Great block RJ, BS foul in Tiago
Splitter gets another "rookie call" more PT and that doesn't happen
It's pretty damn clear to those who watch that Ian is better than Gee. Ian is doing well when he plays on a team that is winning. Gee sucks on the worst team in the league.
OKC is 11-2 since the trade, which goes with what everyone said; Green sucks and losing him did not hurt OKC. Getting Perk helps them as much as losing Green did. End of story.
I love our coach, trust our front office and I don't blame Bonner for losses. Please link to where I do that. I do think that Bonner sucks and doesn't really add much to the Spurs if he isn't scoring. Which in the playoffs has held true. I don't blame the losses on him, but I do see how he hurts the Spurs especially on nights like this.
Bonner gives great effort. That is all I will say about him on the defensive end. I give him credit for that
His defense is mediocre and his rebounding is below average. CAN NOT, AND WILL NOT say anything better than that.
get ready to see this team get murdered inside without Timmy for the next couple of weeks.
I agree. Pop puts him in a position to fail, but there is no avoiding it. If you play Bonner, this is the NBA and every team will attack him. They should. It's the right thing to do.
Bonner teaching Tiago how to defend without fouling
Maybe Pop is trying to let Bonner shoot himself out of his slump on one of the weakest teams we have remaining.
Though it didn't work for RMJ last year...
His team defense is pretty good and he can get hustle rebounds that make a difference. When he's not being singled out and exploited individually there's not much problem having him on the floor.
you are being sarcastic right?
Well, no problem other than not having someone who's a good defender in his place.
What is that running backwards defense???????
Who taught Bonner that?
it's happening...![]()
