The Roadeo Trip used to be the Spurs' catalyst for unifying. Maybe this could be it this season.

it's pretty obvious but the starting lineup should be Tiago/McDyess/RJ/Manu/TP while Timmy is out. No Blair or Bonner please.

this team is deep enough to stay afloat without Timmy but theyre not getting out of the first round without a healthy Duncan.

You said it as though people would be surprised that a guy who can't get minutes wouldn't have his wind. I guess I'm not understanding your motivation for pointing that out.
Because it's true... and is a reason he missed that last layup. He doesn't have his legs under him. Our we supposed to keep quiet about Splitter unless its something positive?

Yeah, but Bonner & Blair spells disaster for the 2nd unit. Conundrum.

i think OV is saying that its more of a knock on Pop then it is on Splitter...

Legs under him or not, he has to finish that. lookin forward to him getting 20-25 mins in these next 2 weeks.

There's not a big that's going to be a better defender than Bonner.

I don't buy that. Robert Horry could come out of retirement right now and play better D than Bonner. Botton line is Pop probably won't bring anyone in unless they're familiar with the system. But I'm just saying, the next few games could be brutal with the front lines we'll be playing. If the three's aren't going.....

No, it's just annoying with your negativity.

Very simple. Bonner plays with Duncan and Splitter. Splitter plays with Bonner and not Duncan.
Bonner didn't play with Duncan tonight yet finished +17 to Tiagos -7. So I guess it's not that simple.

    my negativity? That's funny.

In all seriousness, I posted about him being fatigued after he missed that last layup, trying to make an excuse for the guy.

It wasn't a knock on anyone, was just pointing it out but apparently I am not supposed to say anything negative about anyone not named Bonner.

Denver looks awesome, and even better at home after the trade.

They are up by 29 against the Raptors right now, have 101 points and it's only 30 seconds into the 4th quarter.

bonner last 7 games 10 rebounds....
    splitter 1 game 14 rebounds.....
Yes, even though it was against the worst rebounding team in the league, it's pretty clear that Splitter is a superior rebounder then Bonner.

Once again, I like Tiago and hope he plays more often.

wow. that toronto team just beat Oklahoma City also. I wouldn't be surprised to see Portland or Denver advance to the 2nd round (whoever finishes #5)

Bonner did play with Duncan tonight. You should check your facts.

By the way, what's simple is that you've basically only posted up about Splitter when he's done something wrong tonight. Saying he's tired as though it's his fault is pretty ing re ed, since the coach won't play him until Duncan is out or gets injured.

And when he got beat by Udoh and Thornton, you mentioned how tired he was then too.

Seriously, dude. Just do a search of your most recent posts, and try to defend "lol nice move Tiago" and "Splitter don't do that again" and "even though it's against the worst frontline in the history of the league".

I thought Duncan only played 4 minutes tonight. When did Bonner get subbed in? I have not only posted about Splitter when he's done something wrong... check your facts. I have given him many props tonight and over the course of the season. I hope he continues to get more time also. I didn't say he was tired to knock on the guy either but seeing how defensive you are towards him is pretty comical and is "pretty ing re ed"

Yep, that is why I thought I'd post that because I was surprised the Raptors beat OKC and are getting totally dominated by Denver who is our next opponent.

It's going to be really tough next game and stretch coming up.

Wow Nuggets are nearly up by 40 now. Great trade for them. LOL Carmelo.
