It was a collective meltdown by the guys tonight. Tony, Manu and Pop with bonehead ing plays. Way uncharacteristic of them.

To this extent, yes. But they have been playing sub par ball for a while. Especially defensively.
They are in trouble and I called it before Tim went down. Not only have they not corrected the major flaws that were there when they were playing great, almost every area has declined to a certain degree.
Like I said, they are a very good team. But they seem to be too flawed and it appears they peaked too early. Hopefully I am wrong.

I can't believe this site is still up. Spursfan in meltdown mode. One loss, big deal. Still own 5 1/2 game over LAL and they are struggling against the Clippers. It's not like this was Cleveland. We were compe ive, had the game locked up, and TP & Manu have inexplicable turnovers combined with Pop putting Novak on ball handling duties. -1. 1 game. who cares.

Small ball had us up 10 with 3 to play. Player choke job, not coaching.
A bunch of guys had a hand in blowing the loss, Tony most of all, but I don't understand what Novak was thinking throwing a prayer of a pass on the baseline. With .9 left you gotta do what Portland did and lob it at the basket. Even if your guy doesn't catch it the other team doesn't have the time to do anything.
I still have no idea what Tony was thinking on that turnover. Did he think Miller was just gonna foul him?
Spurstalk is too funny. This was a good loss for us.
