Dudette, download the program BitLord
It is faster for me and you may have some luck with that.
I'm trying to download the newest version of BitTorrent, because the old one never worked for me. But now, even though I deleted it (or thought I did), and emptied the recycle bin, it says I have to uninstall the other version...and THEN says uninstallation failed, aborted.
Anyone know how to fix this little problem?

Hmm...I did it, and installed it, but it won't download anything.
Like BitTorrent you need a torrent file. Once you have your torrent file you're ready for downloading. Open up BitTorrent and:
Go
File > Open Torrent
find the torrent on you HDD. Now it will ask you what files part of the torrent you want to download check all the files you want. Now right click on your download and select 'Start' and you may want to right click again and scroll down to the bottom and choose your 'Priority' as 'High'.
