Why doesn't the player fall down and die of sepsis after getting stabbed once?

QThe recent Skyrim trailer shows off a vast array of unique environments. How large is the world of Skyrim compared to Oblivion in both size and feel? (Does it feel a lot larger than it actually is or vice versa?)
AThe map is comparable in size to Oblivion, but in some ways it feels bigger because of the large mountains you'll be traversing up and around. Terrain has a big impact on how big a space feels.
A typical Vander response
yeah that's the same thing, good one
should have to RUN FOR YOUR ING LIFE!! when encountering a dragon, get to a fortress or something with some major dragon-killing weaponry: catapult, ballista, etc.
Are you really complaining about the realness of fighting a dragon in a game based around talking lizards, cat people, and magic? C'mon son
realness? no
It's all about making a sizable deposit into the spank bank for those rainy days brah!
George Martin didn't invent dragons, ya know.
Cool thing about fantasy is that you(the author/game developer)can do whatever the you want.
Hope so. I have barely touched my XBox since '09, but I can't ing wait for this game (and the new Bioshock next year).
Well, you've picked 2 very good looking games to dust it off for
I agree on the world size. the bigger the better. nothing beats horseback riding from one city to another nonstop for 55 minutes. and stopping here and there to kill some assholes
Hey, computer geek, wtf is this Xbox youre talking about?
You asshole . I think I'm gonna dust up RDR and play it through again. I should get the Undead expansion too.
same here. My 360 has literally been boxed up for 6+ months now but I will for sure play skyrim.
The thing that ensures I only have to spend $60 when I want a new game to play smoothly and look good. I could see spending the money for a gaming PC if I was still into modding, but now I just want to play the thing.
