Warhammer 40k: Space Marine demo will go live on Windows PC and Xbox 360 on August 23, and PlayStation 3 on August 24.
CD Projekt Red has announced The Witcher 2 will be getting a free "2.0" update in the future. They did the same thing with the original Witcher game releasing the "Enhanced Edition" patch which included a bunch of new stuff. Version 2.0 will feature numerous enhancements including a new tutorial system, a new difficulty setting called Dark mode and an arena mode where you try to survive against increasingly more difficult waves of monsters. Version 2.0 will be available via a free update on September 29.
Epic Games is going back to its PC roots. Epic president Mike Capps said five new games are now in various stages of development at the studio, and the games are being designed for the PC first.
BioWare Announces Warhammer Online: Wrath of Heroes, a new free-to-play online le. Set for launch this fall, the player-versus-player le will offer three-team, 6v6v6 action set in the Warhammer universe.

Diablo 3 will feature a new difficulty mode beyond difficulty, called Inferno. Diablo 3 has a level cap of 60, all monsters in Inferno mode will be level 61 or above. they will have increased health, do more damage, have stronger damage resistance, be more aggressive, and have a larger, more powerful range of powers and abilities. Defeated enemies will drop highly coveted items more often, and Inferno will include exclusive armor, weapons, and runes that offer new abilities.
