Good advertising. Apple will sell more phones and Apple had to do nothing for the plug. Nothing.....nothing......what....... so..... ever.

The new The Avengers movie, which understandably has a high-budget for filming, will have some scenes shot using an iPhone, reports note.

The news comes from Seamus McGarvey, the cinematographer for The Avengers.
McGarvey told the Irish Film and Television Network during the week that he shot some scenes for The Avengers using an iPhone.
“On The Avengers, I did a couple of shots on the iPhone and they are in the movie. In fact, they are in the trailer!” he said.
According to the Oscar-nominated cinematographer, every piece of equipment you use to film should have that effect you want to achieve for your movie.
“The beauty of photography or cinema is that you make every choice based on the content at hand,” McGarvey said.
“I understand that sometimes there is no choice and you have to go for the cheapest option, but if you are limited for choice, you can still make poignant decisions that will effect the look of the film,” he added.
Since the iPhone 4S was just released on October 14, observers assume that he used the iPhone 4 to film the parts of The Avengers he is talking about.
The iPhone 4 can capture “only” 720p video as opposed to the iPhone 4S which captures full HD 1080p video.

The champions of this new cloud world are obviously Google, whose Android smartphone-operating system is an attempt to extend its dominance in the burgeoning mobile market. A very good attempt. Android is getting about 500000 activations a day, said Google's head of mobile, Andy Rubin.
It's going to be the Windows of smartphones and, perhaps, of tablets.
Hater,
I was expecting you
