Better than Arenas at least.

Would be a very solid pick up for LA. He is not anything amazing, but a very quality PG.The Los Angeles Lakers have talked with the Cleveland Cavaliers about possibly acquiring guard Ramon Sessions, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.
what will it take to get him though?
The Lakers have talked with the Cavs about trading for Ramon Sessions, sources tell Yahoo.
No deal is imminent, but a trade would make some sense for both sides. The Lakers desperately need to upgrade their point guard situation and Sessions is wasting away behind Kyrie Irving in Cleveland. Sessions is earning $4.3 million this season and has a player option for $4.6 million next season. The Cavs reportedly want back draft picks in any trade.

^Could trade them that Mav's pick, but, it'll probably never come to fruition being top 20 protected.
Lakers don't have a lot of assets. Will be hard for them to do a deal for any player unless it's a bigger deal where they are giving up Bynum or Pau. For deals like this, they are pretty much stuck with finding a team willing to salary dump a guy for the trade exception LA currently has from the Odom deal.
So did Sessions get fat in the lockout like Odom? He's got Lamar's shot down at 34%. I was thinking this would be an awesome pickup until I looked at his stats this season.
Very good bball thread DPG. I very much enjoyed it.
