Just finished this, loved it:
On to this:
Got about 20 books to read from this one, which was a neat little book:
Michael Connelly
'The Drop" he is the greatest police mystery writer and only puts out one book a year and had some make into movies but not the same
Rereading "Aztec" by Gary Jennings. Evan recommended it before he left and I'm glad he did. It's a long and occasionally difficult read (a few parts are extremely graphic) but an excellent book.
Reading this next:

Gonna work my way backwards from 100 to 1 on this list and read the ones I haven't read yet.

Lathe of Heaven was awesome, incredible book. Reading The Child Thief by Brom, a dark retelling of Peter Pan. Pretty damn good 40 pages in:
I can't believe it ranks Starship Troopers above The Moon is a Harsh Mistress.
Fantastic book, but it was really ed up what they did to Torre.
This.
This was pretty damn great. One of the best post-apocalyptic books i've read.
If you have a kindle pick this up it's only 5.99 for all five volumes

Ridley Scott might be directing a movie about this. His production company just bought the rights.

This was highly recommended, reading it next:

The name of the wind was definitely an awesome book(not so high on the sequel though).
If you liked it, try this one:

Read that one a year or two ago, liked it
I recommend Ordinary Men by Christopher Browning.
Starting the Mistborn series.
Name of the Wind is the best fantasy novel I have read in years, better than anything in Song of Ice and Fire. Hope the next book holds up half as well. Currently reading this:
I just finished Alloy of Law a few weeks ago, liked the Mistborn stuff a lot.
Think I'm reading this next:
Gawd was that a monster. Slogged my way through it almost two decades ago, damned if I can remember much from it now.
I'm actually about halfway through The Terror. Really great book with interesting setting. Not like anything else I've read. My first time with Dan Simmons.
