I've wondered for a while now what's taking Mitc so long. He's had "out-of-state" written on him since the beginning.
Inside Texas reporting that 2014 CB Darrion Johnson of Brenham has been offered by Texas.
Looks like OU, who's desperately in need of a DT is taking a chance on Huggins.
applewhite has been with the program as long as i remember. when i went to the football camps around 2003 he was always there running drills with us. caught a few passes from him and ate meals with him as well. he's a really down to earth, stand up guy who loves the program. id have no problem with him as OC, honestly.
I remember he had Ricky's sloppy seconds after ricky went pro, she lived in Dobie and was very, very hot.
COX has supposedly picked up LHN. It seems like only a matter of time 'till those of use with TWC and Comcast get it.

Florida State will not be hiring Diaz...

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
David Ash named the starter for the Alamo Bowl.
OrangeBloods reporting that Manny Diaz was in Dallas today boarding a flight to Miami in business attire. Most are assuming he's going to interview for the Florida International job. He's definitely not on campus.
That's fine with me.
If he's interviewing, I'm sure he'll interview very well. Other than the speech impediment, he's great in those situations.
Wisconsin's RB coach, Thomas Hammock, will be heading to Arkansas.
24/7 confirmed that Diaz interviewed with Florida International yesterday. He's now back in Austin.
More on Manny Diaz...Florida International is taking things slow for the time being. It's said that their target date for making their new hire is around the time all of the media is in Miami for the Orange Bowl. Another reason for the wait is FIU attempting to kill two birds with one stone. Butch Davis, the former North Carolina head coach, is said to be their main target. Because North Carolina still owes Davis money and FIU now owes Mario Cristobal who they just fired, they're looking for a middle ground on a new contract that works for both parties. Diaz appears to be a strong runner-up being a young, Cuban, charismatic guy and the son of the former mayor of Miami. As of now, he will be the defensive coordinator for UT in the Alamo Bowl.
HornsNation reporting that JUCO QB Nick Marshall has stated that he will be delaying his commitment so that he can take an official visit to Texas. He was set to make a decision today between Kansas State and Indiana.
Worth noting that Texas could be looking at Marshall as a safety prospect. He originally signed with Georgia as a defensive back.
Allow me to be the first to congradulate Marshall on the Heisman trophy he's about to win at Kansas State.
Sorry, couldn't resist.......
That didn't even cross my mind when I posted; so true.
Marshall is clearly a great athlete but his numbers are scary. 18 TDs and 19 INTs in 2012.
