Would you guys enjoy a mid season award thread?

I'm thinking about writing up a article doing mid season awards sometime next week. I want to do a bunch of things ranging from MVP, to finals favorite, to best player who never plays but still manages to stay relevant. Thing is it
would be time consuming and I'm not to sure what fun awards i would do. So what do you guys think? Mid season awards or would it be a waste of time, and if it does get some support what are some fun award ideas?

If you're going to do midseason awards post, you should just do it off of random that isn't normally voted on. Categories that come to mind:

Best Flop
Best Twitter Statement
Worst Celebrity Couple
Most ineffective TOSB

etc etc etc

That's what I was thinking, lots of people just do a plain old "x is the best", I wanna have some fun with this. Craziest Dwight trade idea also seems like a fun one.
