WalterFootball.com (June 8, 2012) has the Spurs drafting Green.
So does The Sports Bank.net (June 8, 2012).

Any word on where he's going to end up this year or whether he'll get a camp invite? He has some work ahead of him before he's NBA material, but he still seems like someone interesting to keep an eye on.

AFAIK, he is still a free agent.

He has been linked with Biella, a team in Italy that signed James Gist few years ago, but I don't know how serious this rumor is.

He'd be fine to waive out of camp and end up on the Toros if he wants to go the D-League route.

Yer heard that. It's a hard league to stick. He's very young and I'm wondering if a year in Europe with a hand picked coach might lead to an NBA roster spot not too far away.
