Rather go small ball from here on out than play Blair, it's sad to watch him at this point
yup I would bench him for every game in the playoffs even if it is against teams he ussualy does well against like the thunder dude makes way to much mistakes out there.

To be fair, the rules don't specifically mention that. They use words like "Unnecessary" and "Excessive". Just because a guy doesn't make contact with the ball doesn't mean he wasn't going for it. Being a judgment call, I think they award them based on how hard the fouled player hits the floor. Sort of soccerish.
