It's called "hair slicking". It's the newest trend in African American hairstyles.
They don't completely shave the head but leave a very fine stubble which is then treated, colored, and styled. Ending up with the sleek "painted" look like the picture above.

Niagara Falls!! Been trying to get there for years. Actually we are flying into Cleveland to have a visit with my aunt (and cuz it's cheap to fly there) and do some stuff around there for a few days (Rock nRoll Hall of Fame, Cedar Point, Put In Bay), then driving to Niagara for the rest of the week
I spent a lot of time in the Cleveland area with my mom's family as a kid, but I've never taken my own kids there; they are gonna have a blast!

Riding VIA this week has reminded me of how much some people rely on it to get back and forth to work.
Do you have the entire bus to yourself? I don't think I've ever seen one with more than 5 people on it. Which is weird to me because every time I've gone by one of those transfer stations, I see crowds of people waiting.
No, there are plenty of people both going and coming home and yes, the crowds are the transfer stations are not small. There are just a few when I get on in the morning but by the time we get to the transfer station it is pretty full. And the majority have bus passes.
