Seeing how Neal only plays backup point I doubt he'd be going against Westbrook, Rondo, etc. Neal can hold his own against the bench pg Of most teams

Fair enough, but when other teams play their starters for long minutes, it's nice to have backups that can do at least spot duty against them.

Neal's +/- has been south of zero for months and hes having to be yanked or played at his beneficial position of the 2.

I love Neal but when forced into the role of primary ballhandler, he wilts against plus defenders. He is not going to even be able to get away from Derek Fisher. Hill, Rondo, Westbrook or the 76ers guards would murder him.

Its bad news but I don't know that Mills is the answer. He can shoot but he doesn't do well with the spacing and angles of the pick and roll.
in what world are fisher and Westbrook + defenders?

It also makes it such that the opponent can dictate subs ution patterns. The next two games are a back to back and I don't think you want Parker playing 40+ minutes. Neal at point is going to be a problem.

Westbrook doesn't belong in there, but there's nothing wrong with Derek Fisher's defense unless you haven't been paying attention.

He's athletic enough that he can press effectively. That's where Neal struggles.

Patty ha shown an ability to use his quickness to stay with quick ball handlers.

If neal was missing shots, mills would deserve a shot but neal is still knocking it down

You win two in a row by 16+ each, you don't change the lineup.

This last game Neal gave up on ball handling and ceded it to Manu. In the first game he was yanked.
