You look better for it, tbh.
The parts I omitted -- the fact your confidence and abilities will take you to far off lands, and a sarcastic thank you, respectively -- weren't really doing you any favors.
My hopes and dreams are just crushed because some fake on Spurstalk.com doesn't have faith in me. I guess I should just throw away my academic scholarship and drop out 2 classes from graduation. Maybe I can get a Job at Walmart of I'm lucky
I bet the liberal arts majors of the world are similarly crushed by your lack of faith in their choice.
Seems like a silly thing to do after going to all the trouble of higher education.
But, then, being completely unrealistic in your arrogance seems pretty silly, too.
Also... am I a who is fake? Or am I faking at being a ? Your verbiage was unclear.
These people really piss me off. If the masters program is going to cost you so damn much and you will have a hard time paying it off, WHAT IS THE POINT!?!?!??!?!
I'll graduate soon with some student loan debt but I won't pay a dime for my masters or my PhD.
he's going to buenos aires without money. as a rebel.
r.i.p.
I hardly had any student loan debt at the end of my BA. I'm starting my second masters program in a couple of weeks, and my second free ride, but I've had to take out student loans as a grad student to help with living expenses and to cover all the fees/books/etc. that even tuition remission and a stipend don't cover. Sucks, but it's the choice I've made.
^you're like 32 you should be established. these are you prime earning years, not your prime borrowing years. no offense, but you should have studied something a bit more lucrative so that you don't have to keep going back for 14 different masters degrees.
@CF: Exactly. You've made a choice and you should not like a victim because of a choice you made. Thats what these people are doing.
How do you know she's going back for money reasons? You're driven by money but don't assume everyone else is.
I left a stable job five years ago to go back to school to pursue something I care about. A paycheck isn't everyone's sole motivation.
if you cared so much about it, it wouldn't have taken you 5 years
whats with all the butthurt m<s?
none at all it's just natural reflex to smack down re s whenever they start spewing their diarrhea of the mouth..i think it's everyone's duty to put stupid people in their place tbh it's good for them and for society
I went back with only enough transferable credits to make me technically freshman and finished an undergrad program (with two majors and a minor) and a masters program.
If not five years, I'm curious, how long should that have taken me?
I'm sure everyone that has posted in this thread agrees too, you have certainly put us all in our place.
Your abilities alone are something to be marveled at.
That will teach us.
Omg stop responding lol
I've always been a fan of posts making fun of other people for posting.
Totally makes sense.
Your abilities are unstoppable.
lol stop responding
Well, save your money, most definitely, and try for as little debt as possible.
Get a job, and save as much as possible.
If you like, PM me, and I can help you sketch out a savings plan.
