Hardly surprising. Arsenal are a bunch of mental midgets. And the zonal marking or whatever they were trying to do on that corner that led to Swansea's second goal was hilariously bad.
And they have City, Chelsea and Liverpool next...
Yeah you're right, the whole line was a joke. Sagna was so out of place with that zonal marking and Arteta not making an effort to block that goal... it was just a disheartening mess after coming back from behind. Tevez, Ba and Suarez are going to have a field day with this Arsenal defence.
To call this crap by Arsenal a "defense" is an oxymoron.
It doesn't really help when the midfield doesn't play with a fire...and the fkn wankers boast of a very strong midfield. They're gonna miss the Champions League if they falter with these three pivotal games.
What I think that truly doesn't help is Wenger overplaying the midfield as much as he does. There always seems to be players rotating in and out of the back four and the forwards position but the midfield is always static. With Diaby being made out of glass, Arshavin being the got that he is, Rosicky being out of form and Ramsey being Aaron Ramsey, it's no wonder those three guys (Arteta, Wilshere and Cazorla) seem to be running on fumes imo. To a lesser degree, it doesn't help that the EPL continues on even through Christmas. Wenger just doesn't trust anyone outside of those three to play in the midfield. Why have a bench at all if he's running Wilshere and the Spainards into the ground? Ridiculous.
