undertaker game over
I agree with this....100%...I think it's in the works. I'm starting to change my mind about Reigns...I didn't think he'd be able to make it because of his lack of mic skills....but he's getting a little better. Ambrose is going to be a main eventer one day...as is Reigns. Rollins, sadly, will be a mid-carder unless something major happens. WWE doesn't like the smaller guys at the top.

What the ing , lesnar? Seriously?
What a waste of the streak. Lesnar? Really? It could have at least been someone young that they could push like Reigns or something like that. Brock isn't going to be here for long, and even so, he's only here for a few pay per views a year. Completely ridiculous.
lol....so glad someone got that shot...I lost it when I saw that guy.
look at how the crowd reacted...do you really want to give the streak to a young guy and have him deal with the crowd that is probably going to detest him? Now having that young guy feud with the guy that beat the streak would probably do wonders for that superstar
Even lesnar guy was ing shocked
it was bs, taker had all the momentum then he just bends over on a f5 out of nowhere
I was about to make a joke about how the WWE is scripted but I just remembered I watch the NBA
Takers streak shouldn't have ended. It would've made for a better WM31 match with Sting imo... it
I can't wait for Sting to make his appearance (rumored) tonight on Monday Night Raw...I'll be watching that
The Sting:Taker match probably doesn't need the streak and it can be the double retirement both of these guys deserve.
We gotta be glad that we won't see Taker coming to WM50 and fighting 18 year old Billy Cena just to keep his streak alive.
I'm a Taker fan for about 20 or 21 years now, and I say "it's ok to not keep it going!".
Honestly, with the way Taker was moving, his body couldn't go through another Mania. The best part of this match was the ending because that crowd reaction was in' epic, I don't care who you are. Sadly the divas match that followed was atrocious and just got totally ted on. Either way, awesome move by WWE
Excellent move.
Taker's streak schtick became so overrated and was only the thing keeping Undertaker's career alive. Good move from the WWE to pull the plug.
Now the Undertaker has something to return for.
return for what?
he had like a year off, yet comes back tosb...expected him to jump on them vitamins tosb vince or hogan was on, then made them look buff but no strength in them fake muscles
I can't believe it!!!! The STREAK is OVER...4-1 but at least I've never been pinned or submitted. #ThankYouMiz
Yes...that's exactly what I want to do. These guys are professionals. I guarantee you any of those young guys in the back would have jumped at the chance to be the one to break the streak. It needed to end...Taker's done. Matter of fact, he was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance with a possible concussion and a neck injury. Apparently Brock and Paul went as well. Brock felt horrible, even though it wasn't his fault..it was just too much. If it was going to be done, it needed to be someone Taker could put over that was a young guy. Someone who would get an automatic push out of it. Lesnar isn't going to get any bigger in this business than he is now. So the end of the streak was wasted...period.
I read that it was Taker's choice to have Lesnar break the streak, and he actually wanted the match back in 2010. So yeah while it wasn't the smartest business decision, I guess they felt that Taker earned the right to choose who broke the streak. Anyways, I attended mania last night and it was pretty fun. I'm going to Raw tonight also and if it's anything like the last 2 post-mania Raws, then it should be awesome.
Don't get the incentive for a younger guy to end the streak. Flair's career should've been ended by Kennedy, but ended up being Michaels. Michaels's career should've been ended by Punk, but ended up being Taker. Passing of the torch is BS.
The point of all this was to get people to talk about Wrestlemania. They knew the best way to get people talking was this type of 'dare I say' controversy
Vince pushed Taker to perform at wm30.
