lol I fell asleep in front of my TV, when I woke up I thought it was 2:00 am, and they broke the news on RDS; I looked at the time and it was 6:30 a.m
They negociated for 22 hours :llol
Every single reporter didn't believe a deal was close, but then at around 3-4 am the cautious optimism became legitimate optimism, Andrew Ference tweets a blank tweet at 4-5 and then speculation began, there was a deal made.
Bettman, but it's good that he came to his senses before it was too late.
The NHL really teased fans on this. Over the weekend, it was back and forth with optimism and pessimism. I guess the optimism finally won. I honestly didn't think they would get a deal done in time to have a season.
