@spurs are now making numerous phone calls to various PF FAs now that they don't have to worry about signing a new starting PG.

I'm fine with this as long as he wears goggles. Knowing Parker he will look for the most stylish ones he can buy.
Anyway, it will be good for Parker to play in the Olympics; should boost his spirits as well as his confidence for next season. Imagine what it would have done to his psyche had he not been cleared to play.

Our point guard isn't blind! Talk about resetting your expectations for the offseason. Hopefully Diaw isn't diagnosed with diabetes mellitus type 2, our 2nd round pick is better than Jack McClinton, and we can call it a successful offseason and at least come out somewhere near where we left.

Is it just me, or do those goggles look like they'd cut off his peripheral vision?
I don't know if anybody remembers this but Robinson tried goggles at one time. They were a pain to wear because they kept fogging up. Good thing that this won't happen with Tony's goggles. You can can get a glimpse of Robinson wearing them from 1:20-1:29.
