Well, i've given this a lot of thought since work was slow today. It won't let me change it back, so that's out the window. I can, however, edit me and Flintstones lineups to lose their opening games though if that's what'll stop the bleeding.

I have a few other suggestions to improve on next year though...

I say we go to an 8-team league with only 2 playoff teams--that way everybody will have a stacked team and not have to worry about mah team's injuries due to inexplicably piss-poor roster depth late in the season. The less teams in the playoffs, the better...We need to go back to last year's league-wide-apathy-by-week 3 approach. As for scoring, it's time to assuage the old schoolers. Let's drop PPR, ditch fractional points, and only have skill players score points on tds and milestone stats. Drop the IDP as well. We need to embrace the most impactful position in the NFL by making rushing touchdowns worth 8. Passing tds can go back to 4 (or perhaps 2), since the QB position has become obsolete in today's NFL. We need to get back to the WNBA-esque scores of yesteryear.

last but not least, we need trophies and/or ribbons for all members who participate. At the end of the season the acting commish should be crucified on the cross for all to see

In the future, just adhere to the rules that were set forth at the beginning of the goddamn season. My goose is cooked regardless, but I happen to hold cats like DD to a higher standard.

Own it and move on. No reason to suggest sarcastic, sweeping changes just to placate those who disagree. The worst part is that DD played one of the smartest teams throughout the season... He worked the waivers and made a ton of moves and personnel decisions that were beneficial, as opposed to yours truly, who bombed week in and week out.

Rules are rules. You picked your team and then excelled. Why should your accomplishment be marginalized because some asshole decided to change the rules? That's my point.

Alright fellas, I need some help. These are silly fantasy questions I'm about to ask but it's a 16 team league and I am in the playoffs. Every point matters and it's worth a lot of money to win this league:

Browns defense versus KC
or
Giants defense versus NO

I'm leaning Browns on this one, but Giants D shows up big from time to time.

ALSO,

Prater or Gostkowski

I feel like Gostkowski, but it's sort of a toss up.

I can take my self out of playoffs and put chunticakes in their instead if that'll work. There should be 6 teams...it was a 14-team league for sake. If you yo to 12 lteams it should still be 6. Gives people more incentive to play.

The stupid thing is that there have been years I do intensive research, set fantasy alerts, evaluate players each week on sunday ticket or red zone and come in dead ing last.

Then there are years where I show up mypasswordistaco style, am playing poker with other Tacos by the 3rd round, am fit shaced drunk by the fifth round and end up winning the whole damn thing.

the longer I do this, the more often I go with option #2.

FFS, it's setup up just like the NFL playoffs. The top 2 teams have a bye and the rest is seeded...3 plays 6, 4 plays 5. You're the 3rd seed and flinstones is 6th. This isnt hard.

well, I made the playoffs in both my leagues, despite none of my sleepers except leshure working out, MJD and Harvin going down, Gates being totally worthless, etc. I'm'a get curbstomped in the playoffs, thems teams is good.
