Neal and Green shouldn't play more than 10 minute per game now that Manu, Sjax and Kawhi are back. Nando is outplaying both of them, it's a shame he hasn't a good 3 point shooting. But man, he is SO GOOD.

I agree with this, and I think it's the right decision. I don't know how much serial correlation there is in made shots, but I doubt it's high. I think it's more than safe to say a fresh, rested body is more conducive to getting a win.
De colo should be the backup PG just use neal the same way as mills as someone who can come in and be instant buckets.
