The NHL has East coast bias and I think that's a big flaw of the league and turns off people that aren't from the East coast. I think the Canucks, Wild, and Stars are going to travel the most this season out of all the teams in the NHL.

If the NHL and NBC wanted to make more money off hockey then why not have double headers on Monday or Tuesday night? Have an East coast game start 6pm and then have two West coast teams play a game at 9pm or 9:30pm. That would do away with NBC's lovefest with the Rangers, Flyers, Penguins, Sabres, Bruins, Capitals, and Red Wings. It would level the playing field.

Ive thought about it, but it's mainly NBC's coverage on a national level that sucks (lol emrick and Pierre McGuire, yikes .............)

But for the other games on NBC sports it isnt that bad TBH.... yesterday night they TSN broadcasted the NBCsports feed for the Coyotes-Blackhawks game and it was pretty good


Of course it's hard to top Hockey Night in Canada .... those intros
