    Laugh all you want, but the reality is that Spain has been dominating like crazy. Sure, they didn't win the CL last season, but they completely destroyed LOLItaly and every other team in the Euro 2012...

    All that said... WTF is Marcelo and Dani Alves doing in that list?

    What's wrong about that list? There's not a single player there that doesn't deserve at least to be on the discussion (maybe Alves but what other right back is clearly better than him right now. I would have Alba for Marcelo and Busquets for Xabi Alonso but all in all is a pretty fair starting 11).

    The best league just having the recognition that it deserves, tbh.

    alves, pique, marcelo and xavi didn't have a good year. That's what happens when the players are also voting. They don't take their vote seriously. same for the ballon d'or the last few years.
