IT has an "interesting development" on the QB position. Anyone know what it is?
How can a guvernor be "Pro" someone? Aren't they supposed to be neutral? I know that the current guvernor is an A&M alumni, but I haven't really thought about some possible advantages for A&M.
We don't have guvernors in Denmark, that's why I'm asking.

Some of the changes being pushed by Rick Perry would destroy UT as a top research University de-value the degrees offered and cause most of their top faculty to leave for other schools. Perry has an agenda and he has been working to place his people in key positions within UT, his goal is to oust President Powers, and replace him with someone that will forward his agenda.

Another interesting tidbit from Inside Texas...they're saying at least one of the reasons OL Desmond Harrison isn't seeing playing time is because he and Searels aren't getting along. Because of that, Harrison hasn't been putting forth much effort in practices since he doesn't think Searels will play him anyway.
Another sign that the coaches are losing the team.
Does anyone know when Zay-Coven Henderson is set to announce his school of choice or is that not happening soon?
I don't view it as a positive that the guy appointing UT regents and trying to push the president out was a yell leader.
Inside Texas sounds confident Ash will be cleared to play by Iowa State. Regardless, sounds like Swoopes will get some packages.
The general vibe is Mack is in full desperation mode to pull out some wins in hopes he can cling on to his job.
Reality will hit him hard, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Baylor, and Taco Tech are all going to destroy this team.
Fwiw, Tech's offense looked like dog against Texas State. The game is in Austin.
I'd be very surprised at this point if Tech wins that one.

why bother at that point? it would put ash at risk and any other wins beyond where they would be would be meaningless to UT. does brown really think a trip to the houston bowl would save his job?
at this point i would be inclined to bet on tech.

Sadly, he probably does. He will try to build a case based on the fact he fired Diaz and he has had to deal with a ton of injuries specifically injuries to Ash. It wouldn't surprise me if Ash is his scape goat.
I hope Ash's parents are taking a very close look at this situation and taking it (the decision to play Ash) away from Mack and his staff. I personally don't want to see him take another head shot and it destroy his career just so Mack can try and save his job.

you guys recruiting any defensive players from Hendrickson? through 5 games they've given up 37 points. that is unreal. this team is one of the best I've ever seen in person and I guarantee you they will make a deep, deep run at the state le with samaje perine(OU commit) running the ball the way he does.
